New Ferrari FF 2011

The latest Ferrari to come is the FF model which will replace the 612 Scaglietti.  In some ways it looks like a BMW Z3's big brother on sterroids.

FF is an acronym for Ferrari Four, which denoted four seats and four-wheel drive. The new model is Ferrari’s first all-wheel-drive production road car and the company calls it “a decisive break with the past.”  The FF was designed by Pininfarina and has a big 12-cylinder engine under the hood and carbon-ceramic brakes. The company says the 6.3-liter engine puts out about 660 horsepower and can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds.

It will be interesting to see how much demand there is for the car.  Historically the 2+2 cars have never been in much demand.  I personally am a huge fan of the 612, 456 and 400 models.
